  • Design, record, and deploy a comprehensive training curriculum (via Microsoft Teams) to instruct Records Analysts on conducting sensitive informant interviews.
  • Partner with program administrators and data analysts to evaluate historical Florida case data, utilizing qualitative methods to pinpoint patterns of bias in healthcare delivery.
  • Author executive summary reports and design visual reference guides to help clinical abstractors accurately identify bias in medical records.
  • Provide direct, hands-on support to the analyst team during quarterly informant interviews, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into program systems.
  • Actively participate in all recommended and required programmatic training sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) OR be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently licensed and residing in the State of Florida.
  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in obstetrics, antenatal, or postpartum care.
  • Deep, working knowledge of the Social Determinants of Health and their specific impacts on maternal outcomes.
  • Proven background in family support, peer counseling, and sensitive community outreach.
  • Strong computer literacy, including seamless navigation of remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and clinical data entry systems.
  • Exceptional professional communication and writing abilities, with a proven track record of thriving in a highly collaborative, remote team environment.
