About the role
- Provide analytic and epidemiologic support to develop key data products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system evaluations to improve data quality and infrastructure.
- Review and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Create essential documentation (data dictionaries, coding libraries) and train employees on best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert by responding to data-related questions.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Public Health.
- 1+ years of experience utilizing data governance frameworks to ensure reliability, resolving data quality issues, and managing data ethics.
- 2+ years of experience with data programming and visualization software such as R, SAS, SQL, Python, Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
- 2+ years of experience in data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.), with Advanced Excel and Power Query skills preferred.
