About the role
- Generate a qualified sales pipeline through structured outbound engagement.
- Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts.
- Conduct structured multi-channel sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context and next steps.
- Serve as a point of contact for senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of IT) on topics such as security, compliance and data sovereignty.
- Identify and validate key use cases (e.g., GDPR, crisis communication, shadow IT replacement).
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and track activities and outcomes.
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns, messaging and lead follow-up.
- Continuously refine outreach based on performance and feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an SDR, in outbound sales, or in high-activity customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of meeting activity and meeting targets.
- Strong cold-calling experience (especially on the phone).
- Experience with multi-channel pitching (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Ability to challenge and engage senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Preferred qualifications: experience in B2B SaaS environments, exposure to cybersecurity, compliance or IT-related topics, and experience selling into regulated industries (e.g., public sector, financial services, legal, or critical infrastructure).
- Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, BANT, or similar.
