Account Manager

• Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Customer-Success-Struktur, um ein konsistentes und skalierbares Kundenerlebnis sicherzustellen.
• Aufbau, Dokumentation und Optimierung zentraler Prozesse im Customer Success zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität.
• Verantwortung für die gesamte Customer Journey – von der Definition wichtiger Touchpoints bis zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung.
• Begleitung neuer Kunden durch den Einführungsprozess und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Starts mit Wire.
• Hauptansprechpartner*in für unsere deutschsprachigen Kunden – Du verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen.
• Förderung der aktiven Nutzung unserer Plattform durch Schulungen, Best Practices und regelmäßige Produktupdates.
• Überwachung von Zufriedenheits- und Nutzungskennzahlen, um Bindungsraten zu sichern und Vertragsverlängerungen erfolgreich zu gestalten.
• Enge Abstimmung mit Sales, Marketing und Product, um Kundenfeedback gezielt in unsere Roadmap einzubringen.
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports zu Kundenzufriedenheit, Nutzung und möglichen Risiken.
• Unterstützung unserer Corporate-Kunden im Self-Service- und E-Commerce-Onboarding.

SDET

• We are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – SDET to strengthen our automated testing capabilities and drive the quality and reliability of our platform.
• Build, improve, and maintain automation frameworks, enhance our CI/CD pipelines, and promote a culture of continuous testing across the organisation.
• Work cross-functionally with Backend, Platform, and QA Engineers and operate within the Platform/Backend discipline while supporting multiple scopes.
• Contribute to shared best practices, tooling, and testing standards as an active member of our QA Guild.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – SDET

• Partner with the CCO to define and execute Wire’s partnership strategy to accelerate growth, innovation, and market expansion.
• Identify, develop, and manage key relationships with distributors, technology vendors, system integrators, resellers, and ecosystem partners.
• Lead a small team of partner managers ensuring the long-term success and scalability of Wire’s partner network.
• Develop and execute Wire’s global strategic partnership roadmap to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and ecosystem strength.
• Build and operationalize a sustainable partner operating model that complements and amplifies the direct sales strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners across technology, channel, and priority industry verticals.
• Lead the international partner go-to-market strategy across Europe, United Kingdom, Middle East, North America, and APAC.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to define partner attribution, pipeline visibility, rules of engagement, and co-selling frameworks.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic alliances through joint business planning, executive alignment, and measurable value realization.
• Act as the central liaison between partners and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align initiatives with company objectives.
• Build and standardize a partnership playbook covering lifecycle management, co-marketing, co-selling, and enablement best practices.
• Establish and track KPIs including partner-sourced revenue, partner-influenced pipeline, and partner productivity; deliver regular performance reporting.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global partnerships team.
• Represent Wire externally at industry events while monitoring market trends, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.

QA Engineer

• Work as a core member within our product scope team to ensure all key testing requirements are executed.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define test requirements and ensure the testability of features.
• Responsible for creating (Feature, Integration) & contributing/ Maintaining (regression & E2E test packages).
• Contribute and execute all activities during feature design & build phase and update, maintain and execute automated test suites for releases.
• Estimate & generate feature level acceptance criteria to execute against for new requirements.
• Manage, create & analyse test reports using Testiny.
• An understanding & experience of using Jenkins & GitHub Actions.
• Continuously improve automation coverage and drive the implementation of testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Responsible for managing & co-ordinating Defect & bug reports for the scope.
