About the role

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process in a structured way
  • Own a customer portfolio across the SMB, Mid-Market and Corporate segments
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback
  • Build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand collaboration
  • Manage contract renewals independently
  • Ensure customers recognize the value and continually expand their use of the product
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience in supporting and growing existing customers
  • Structured way of working across the customer lifecycle
  • Experience in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment
  • Strong communicator and empathetic
  • Ability to convey complex or technical topics in an understandable way
  • Strong growth mindset
  • Fluent English and native-level German
