About the role
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process in a structured way
- Own a customer portfolio across the SMB, Mid-Market and Corporate segments
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback
- Build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand collaboration
- Manage contract renewals independently
- Ensure customers recognize the value and continually expand their use of the product
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support
Requirements
- At least 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience in supporting and growing existing customers
- Structured way of working across the customer lifecycle
- Experience in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment
- Strong communicator and empathetic
- Ability to convey complex or technical topics in an understandable way
- Strong growth mindset
- Fluent English and native-level German
