About the role
- Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers
- Discover customers' financial needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management)
- Operate a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up
- Open accounts and perform account maintenance
- Assist customers with digital products
- Recognize potential fraud and other risks
- Help support community and bank events
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
- Retail banking experience preferred
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual Polish/Spanish preferred
