Oversee case strategy, litigation management, and legal work product to ensure quality and consistency
Manage the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception through final resolution
Handle all aspects of discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborate with firm leadership on workflow management, staffing, and departmental growth initiatives
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing legal talent
Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and best practices
