Winpak Portion Packaging is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Sauk Village, IL in a hybrid capacity.
Own core month-end close activities and lead key accounting processes including fixed assets, consolidated inventory, payroll accounting, and general ledger work.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting, audit readiness, and strong internal controls that support plant and business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; MBA and/or professional certifications (CPA, CMA) strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, with manufacturing or industrial experience highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to cross-functional partners.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with hands-on experience using ERP systems and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, exercise sound judgment, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
