About the role

  • Define and evolve the vision for the Thinkin and Data Agrin products, aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog based on business value, impact and technical feasibility.
  • Write clear, concise and well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate and refine requirements.
  • Work in partnership with engineering, data, design and AI teams throughout the development cycle.
  • Monitor product metrics, success indicators and user feedback.
  • Ensure alignment between the roadmap, deliveries and strategic objectives.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review and retrospective).
  • Document decisions, business rules and product flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role (Mid-level or Senior).
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
  • Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing the team’s work.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Differentiators that can make you stand out: experience with SaaS products, ERPs or enterprise platforms.
