Account Manager – Growth & Expansion

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio
- Identify new business needs and turn them into commercial opportunities
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and drive business-focused conversations
- Lead renewals with a clear focus on growth, not just retention
- Use customer data and insights to identify opportunities and strengthen your commercial strategy
- Collaborate closely with Advisory and Delivery teams, while owning the commercial agenda
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or similar commercial roles
- Experience working with upsell, cross-sell, or driving revenue growth
- Comfortable owning a commercial target or revenue responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
- A structured and proactive way of working
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
