About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio
  • Identify new business needs and turn them into commercial opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and drive business-focused conversations
  • Lead renewals with a clear focus on growth, not just retention
  • Use customer data and insights to identify opportunities and strengthen your commercial strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Advisory and Delivery teams, while owning the commercial agenda

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or similar commercial roles
  • Experience working with upsell, cross-sell, or driving revenue growth
  • Comfortable owning a commercial target or revenue responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
  • A structured and proactive way of working
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
