About the role
- Lead the full commercial cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Execute sales strategy through a strong partner ecosystem.
- Expand Wingtra’s presence in key markets.
- Build strong relationships with end customers.
- Identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity tracking in CRM system (HubSpot).
Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience, with a solid B2B background and a strong track record developing and scaling partner ecosystems across LATAM to drive market penetration and regional growth.
- The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and building lasting, trust-based relationships with distribution partners.
- Comfortable driving large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles while also dynamically closing smaller, fast-paced inbound opportunities.
- Experience providing solutions based on customer needs, including a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach that integrates hardware, software, and workflow opportunities to deliver complete, value-driven solutions.
- Persuasive, independent, and at ease negotiating and developing trust.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Spanish.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%).
