About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop detailed architectural interior and fit-out documentation from concept through construction
- Prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, internal elevations, sections, details, and schedules
- Produce joinery, cabinetry, kitchen, bathroom, and built-in furniture drawings
- Prepare finishes, materials, fixtures, fittings, and furniture documentation
- Translate design concepts and mark-ups into clear, construction-ready drawings
- Coordinate interior documentation with architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and other consultant drawings
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, constructability, and consistency
- Incorporate design changes, consultant comments, and client feedback
- Assist with material and finish selections and maintain accurate schedules
- Ensure documentation follows Australian building standards, NCC/BCA requirements, and project specifications
- Maintain drawing standards, revisions, title blocks, and document control
- Communicate with architects, designers, consultants, builders, and project stakeholders
- Manage multiple documentation tasks and meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings are accurate and construction-ready
- Support the delivery of Australian interior and fit-out projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience in architectural interiors, interior documentation, or interior fit-out projects
- Australian project experience is required
- Strong technical documentation and construction drawing skills
- Experience producing detailed interior plans, elevations, sections, joinery, and schedules
- Strong understanding of interior construction, materials, finishes, and detailing
- Knowledge of Australian construction practices and NCC/BCA requirements
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design concepts and develop detailed documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider project team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Proficiency in Enscape
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Self-provided equipment meeting the specified computer, operating system, monitor, headset, webcam, power backup, and internet requirements
- BIR self-registration and required government contributions as an independent contractor
- NBI or Police Clearance
- Government-issued ID
- Ability to work 7AM–4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays
- English proficiency test submission
- Compliance with Wingman IT and cyber security requirements
