About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
Perform manual and/or automated testing (functional, regression, integration, performance)
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure full test coverage
Analyze test results and provide reports on quality metrics and defects
Ensure products meet quality standards before release
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups
Help improve QA processes, tools, and best practices
Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
Experience in writing and executing test cases and scripts
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr
Experience with both manual and automated testing
Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and documentation skills
