About the role
- Manage incoming phone calls for the dealership group
- Ensure all calls are directed to the appropriate department
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
- Provide basic information such as dealership operating hours and general enquiries
- Direct customers to the appropriate team member
- Perform basic data entry, deal processing, etc when required
- Support dealership departments with general administrative tasks to help improve operational efficiency
- Maintain records of calls or enquiries if requested
- Ensure calls are answered promptly during working hours
Requirements
- Equipment is self-provided USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
