About the role

  • Manage incoming phone calls for the dealership group
  • Ensure all calls are directed to the appropriate department
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Provide basic information such as dealership operating hours and general enquiries
  • Direct customers to the appropriate team member
  • Perform basic data entry, deal processing, etc when required
  • Support dealership departments with general administrative tasks to help improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain records of calls or enquiries if requested
  • Ensure calls are answered promptly during working hours

Requirements

  • Equipment is self-provided USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
