About the role
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Monitor aging accounts, perform reconciliations, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate AR reports and analyses.
- Assist in month-end closings and financial statement preparation.
- Support process improvements to enhance AR efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- 3–4 years of accounts receivable experience, ideally in the automotive industry (AU market experience required).
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
