About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- **What Will You Do?**
- - Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and prioritize the company's long-term strategic agenda
- - Own the end-to-end execution of company wide strategic initiatives, designing the path from objectives to measurable outcomes
- - Analyze market, competitive, and internal performance data to generate strategic insights that inform the CEO's decision making
- - Manage projects end-to-end in support of the company's growth, efficiency and operational excellence goals
- - Critically evaluate business processes and design and implement scalable improvement models
- - Position the CEO Office as the central hub for cross-departmental strategic alignment, bridging senior leadership and operational teams
- - Prepare strategic presentations and decision-support materials for board and executive-level meetings
- - Help build the CEO Office's strategic capacity by guiding and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- **What Makes You Special?**
- - 3–5 years of experience in a high-growth startup (preferred), product management, strategy, business development, management consulting, or a CEO/executive office function.
- - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- - Proven ability to structure complex problems and develop data-driven strategic solutions
- - Comfortable setting priorities and driving results in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
- - Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate persuasively at senior leadership level
- - Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with data visualization/BI tools is a plus
- - Advanced written and verbal English skills
- - Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational discipline in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
