About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a primary talent consultant to Hardware Engineering and Manufacturing Leaders, translating technical roadmaps into long-term recruiting strategies
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Wing’s most critical roles, including managerial and highly specialized technical positions
  • Architect and execute high-impact sourcing strategies to increase talent density and build high-conversion pipelines that ensure a continuous flow of quality candidates
  • Orchestrate and execute sophisticated offer negotiations involving an intricate equity structure, significant competing offers, and complex candidate motivations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the talent landscape, establishing a regular cadence of clear, fluid weekly hiring updates for Hiring Managers and candidates, while proactively sharing data-driven insights on recruiting trends, talent availability and pipeline activity as needed.
  • Ensure every search strategy is rooted in building strong candidate pipelines and having a stellar candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Drive continuous improvement by using data-driven insights to optimize the hiring process and through automation that empowers the team to secure top talent quickly and more effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on scaling advanced Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Hardware organizations
  • Proven track record of partnering directly with VP-level technical leaders to scale high quality hiring strategies
  • Significant experience navigating the scaling challenges of a high-growth, high-stakes technology environment
  • Mastery in managing complex compensation packages and the ability to close quality talent in a hyper-competitive global market
  • Some executive search firm experience preferred
  • A proven ability to thrive as an organization scales & matures; experience dealing with ambiguity
  • A genuine passion for advanced technology and the desire to build the teams that will fundamentally change the landscape of drone delivery
