Key responsibilities & impact

Design high-quality process optimizations and management of all facets of site launch from concept to execution
Identify operational improvement opportunities and analyze them for efficiency (waste, complexity, cost), effectiveness, and quality
Communicate findings effectively and make strategic recommendations for improvement to leadership
Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with internal partners to implement sustainable resolutions
Develop business analytics, strategic insights, and tactical recommendations to drive operational excellence
Partner with the Business Operations Team to leverage new data points and drive best practice sharing across the Global Operations org
Collaborate on the development and iteration of playbooks to make operations predictable and repeatable
Act as an agent of change, helping partners find clarity and reinvent processes as the business scales

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years experience in Operations, Real Estate, Permitting/Policy, Construction/Vendor Management, Program Management, Product Management, Project Management or Process Management / Optimization
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional, global teams to drive for results and solve problems
Detail oriented with experience in identifying an issue, investigating, developing a solution, implementing change and monitoring the results
Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
Ability to drive a project end to end from kick-off to delivery with quality
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
