About the role
- Own and drive quarterly planning and portfolio management for the UTM function
- Define programs of deliverables with clear scope, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies and milestones
- Drive alignment and resolution with multiple stakeholders across technical and regulatory teams on complex problems and solutions
- Present program status reports, risks and mitigations to an Executive Leads audience
- Proactively resolve risks and issues by proposing solutions or mitigations with buy-in from stakeholders and leads
- Lead effective and clear communications on change management activities
- Ensure compliance with Wing’s Product Life Cycle Development standards and Engineering Development Policy
- Independently drive execution across esoteric UTM projects involving multiple stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management in UTM fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of UTM systems and the regulatory environment
- Technical aptitude and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to navigate complex challenges across all levels of the organization
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute
- Must be based in Palo Alto, CA or remotely in the US
