Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from patients, clients, and caregivers, providing accurate information, resolving basic concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to company service standards.
Handle administrative scheduling by coordinating and booking appointments or care services through the organization’s internal scheduling platform, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
Match and assign caregivers to clients based on availability, qualifications, and client needs, following a straightforward matching process to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Perform data entry tasks, including updating client records, caregiver schedules, and service logs in the system to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
Manage follow-ups and communications by returning phone calls, voicemails, emails, and SMS messages promptly to ensure timely responses and maintain strong customer relationships.
Execute general administrative tasks such as filing, record maintenance, and assisting other departments as needed to support overall operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in the healthcare industry
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Solid organizational and time management skills
Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
Proactive & confident with keen attention to detail
Able to work on a graveyard shift
