Conduct high-volume one-on-one interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability for various industries and functions
Screen and shortlist candidates by aligning qualifications with specific client requirements
Support sourcing efforts through job boards, sourcing platforms, referrals, and social media as needed to meet hiring targets
Prepare candidates for client account endorsements by providing detailed role expectations, responsibilities, and workflow guidelines
Verify references, work history, and credentials to ensure the highest quality of candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including status tracking, onboarding progress, and pipeline updates
Work closely with Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify recruitment strategies and fulfill high-volume demands
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and timelines
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver exceptional results within established deadlines
Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes for greater efficiency and scalability
Requirements
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment with strict deadlines or SLAs (required)
Experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency specializing in virtual assistant services (highly preferred)
Strong background in candidate interviewing, screening, and assessment (required)
Experience sourcing candidates through social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Hands-on experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with keen attention to detail
Proficiency with online meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype
Tech-savvy and analytical, with the ability to translate hiring goals into clear, actionable strategies
Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools such as Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, or other ATS software (preferred)
