About the role
- Conduct engaging sales demos that clearly explain Central’s AI capabilities and integrations
- Manage full inbound pipeline: demo requests, follow-ups, feature updates, support tickets
- Deliver technical product support and training to help customers maximize value from AI integrations
- Drive customer onboarding with a mix of sales and technical assistance to ensure smooth adoption
- Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and confidently to our customers
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve experience
Requirements
- Strong communicator with an ability to explain technical product details effortlessly.
- Experienced in customer success or sales solutions, ideally with an interest or background in AI.
- Comfortable handling a 50/50 split between sales and technical support tasks.
- Skilled at technical training and providing thorough product guidance.
- A proactive problem-solver who navigates customer complexity with patience and clarity.
- Previous roles as Solutions Specialist, Customer Success Manager, or Account Executive in AI or tech
- Experience explaining integrations and complex software to non-technical users
