Human Resources Business Partner
WinebowHR Business Partner tasked with aligning business objectives with employees in a hybrid work environment. Driving change management and providing HR expertise within an assigned territory.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align business objectives with all levels of employees
- Drive/support change management initiatives in an assigned territory
- Maintain business partnerships and deliver value-added service
- Cultivates a collaborative environment with business partners
- Participates and leads regular meetings with business leaders
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and partners with legal department
- Represents the company for unemployment claims
- Provides performance management guidance and employee relations expertise
- Develop recruitment strategies and manage job postings using HRIS
- Communicates benefits offerings to employees
- Manage HR-related projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years progressive experience in a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner environment
- Associate’s degree or completion of SHRM certification within the first year in the position
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related degree preferred
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
- Experience working with Unions preferred
- Working knowledge in HRIS systems, UKG preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
