About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer inbound calls from customers actively seeking our services
- Convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs through strong sales execution
- Guide customers through the booking process with professionalism and confidence
- Handle objections related to price, timing, and service details
- Clearly explain services, availability, and next steps
- Maintain accurate notes and customer updates in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow company standards, sales processes, and quality expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Proven background in sales, preferably phone sales, inbound sales, or other high-conversion environments
- Strong closing skills and confidence handling live customer objections
- Fluent English is required, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and lead the conversation effectively
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
