About the role

  • Oversee and support U.S.-based field technicians
  • Reinforce technician accountability and performance standards
  • Review job documentation and quality indicators
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards
  • Verify ADAS calibrations are completed successfully and documented
  • Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Support new technician ramp-up and early performance
  • Communicate field trends and improvement opportunities to leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field operations, workforce management, or service leadership
  • Near-native English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Strong leadership, accountability, and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing U.S.-based field teams
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Experience supporting U.S. service-based or field-driven businesses (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM, dispatch, or performance dashboards (preferred)
  • Automotive, auto glass, or ADAS experience (plus, not required)
