About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consistently exceed all customer expectations.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries on orders, product, and pricing with a focus on First Call Resolution.
  • Resolve all customer complaints/issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Multi-task across multiple platforms and conversations, prioritizing phone calls.
  • Thorough communication with internal partners and customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One or more years of related experience and/or training in an office environment.
  • Self-directed in completion of daily work and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external customers and/or co-workers (internal customers).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
