About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Window Nation at local festivals, community events, home shows, and other high-traffic events throughout the Jacksonville area
- Start conversations with homeowners at local events
- Learn about homeowners' home improvement needs and introduce them to Window Nation
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Create a welcoming, engaging experience at the event booth
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Create interest and connect qualified homeowners with the sales team; not responsible for closing the sale
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to event locations throughout Jacksonville, JAX Beach, and St. Augustine
- Availability for evening and weekend events, including at least two weekends per month
- Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face
- Ability to remain active and on your feet during event shifts
- Ability to assist with event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Dependable, energetic, and comfortable working on your feet
- Previous sales or event experience is helpful, but direct event marketing experience is not required
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future visa sponsorship
Benefits
Comp & perks- $18/hour guaranteed base pay
- Uncapped commission, with up to $50 per qualified lead

- Part-time hours, typically 10-30 hours per week
