About the role

  • Lead and grow installation and branch operations for Window Nation's Detroit market opening January 2026
  • Oversee the full scope of operational and install processes to ensure efficiency, quality, profitability, and excellent customer experience
  • Develop and manage the branch operational plan to meet company goals and objectives
  • Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets; recommend and implement actions to increase revenue and profitability
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage employees; maintain appropriate staff levels based on pipeline indicators
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and manage customer service standards
  • Collaborate with the regional team to identify, develop, and implement best practices and SOPs
  • Manage branch financials including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, construction techniques, and safety standards
  • Provide training and support to staff and installation crews to maintain quality and workmanship

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or a related industry
  • 4+ years of progressive leadership or management experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurance standards
  • Background in service and installation operations management within home improvement, construction, remodeling, or similar industries (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or construction management, or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to accurately measure and determine installation requirements for windows, doors, and other home improvement products (preferred)
  • Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, safety standards, and compliance requirements (preferred)
  • Previous experience recruiting, managing, and onboarding independent contractors or installation crews (preferred)
  • Ability to manage branch financials, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) (preferred)
  • High level proficiency with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus (preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for visa sponsorship
