Regional Sales Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute regional sales plans, team goals, and performance strategies
- Partner with executive leadership to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth
- Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of sales leaders
- Analyze lost sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive activity within the region
- Build strategic partnerships to support training, development, and regional growth
- Oversee territory pricing, profitability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to sales management best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
- 10+ years' experience as a sales leader in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)
- 3+ years’ experience managing sales leaders in a multi-unit environment
