About the role
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, establishing clear revenue targets and performance expectations for the market
- Recruit, hire, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable to individual and team performance goals
- Conduct ride-a-longs and performance reviews to improve close rates, refine sales processes, and elevate team capability
- Analyze lost sales, competitive activity, and market trends to strengthen positioning and drive growth
- Oversee territory pricing and profitability, ensuring strong margins and customer satisfaction
- Partner with the Regional Sales Director to reinforce best practices, operational discipline, and a high-performance culture grounded in integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
- 5+ years' experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)
- 3+ years' experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environment
