About the role
- Conduct in-home sales presentations of home improvement products
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Build relationships leading to sales and repeat business
- Deliver exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-up
- Travel to customer homes up to 80+ miles one way
- Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales (preferred)
- Comfortable using iPad-based applications (preferred)
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure (preferred)
- Proven ability to exceed performance targets (preferred)
