About the role

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their window replacement needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate our custom window and door solutions, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to facilitate a positive buying experience.
  • Close sales in a single visit, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in-home improvement, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use computers, tablets, and other forms of technology.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs. and carry products for in-home demos.
  • Must be available evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of window products and installation processes is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
