About the role
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their window replacement needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate our custom window and door solutions, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
- Build rapport and trust with customers to facilitate a positive buying experience.
- Close sales in a single visit, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to maximize commission earnings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in-home improvement, construction, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use computers, tablets, and other forms of technology.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. and carry products for in-home demos.
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of window products and installation processes is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
