About the role
- Regular presence at the client’s site in Bremen
- Flexible working hours and up to 12 days of remote work per month
- Use of expertise in the defence sector to further develop embedded systems
- Working in established legacy environments and modern technology stacks
- Developing software in C++ (from C++14 onwards)
- Integrating components into complex system architectures
- Taking on tasks in design, implementation, integration and further development
Requirements
- Several years of experience in C/C++ development for embedded systems
- Proficiency with both legacy and modern technologies
- Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or classical methods (e.g., V‑Model)
- Experience with version control systems such as SVN, Git, GitLab or GitHub
- Good German skills; English skills are desirable
- Experience in the defence sector is a plus
