About the role
- Regular presence at the customer site in Bremen required
- Flexible working hours and up to 12 days of home office per month
- Apply expertise in the defence area and contribute to the optimization of embedded systems
- Work in established legacy environments as well as modern technology stacks
- Develop software in C++ (C++14 and newer) and integrate it into complex overall systems
- Take on tasks in conception, implementation, integration and further development
Requirements
- Several years of experience in C/C++ development for embedded systems
- Confident working with both legacy and modern technologies
- Willingness to use agile methods such as Scrum or to expand knowledge of traditional (classical) methodologies
- Experience with version control systems such as SVN, Git, GitLab or GitHub
- Good German language skills and ideally English skills for collaboration with the team and customers
- Ideally initial experience in the defence sector
- Flexible approach to work and strong problem-solving skills
