About the role
- Acquire and penetrate new clients within a specific industry
- Responsible for new client acquisition and managing the full sales process
- Provide customer consultations by phone and via virtual channels
- Share customer requirements with recruiters
- Present freelancers and support the selection process
- Build and maintain a network of clients and freelancers
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree
- Some experience in solution-oriented B2B sales
- Ideally, experience with services in software development or IT project management
- Experience in new client acquisition and strong negotiation skills
- Enthusiasm for technical topics
- Team player
- Very good German language skills
- At least good English language skills
