About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prospecting at least 200 or more recruits a day, through cold calls, text, and email, and follow up with warm leads with a goal of setting up interviews for the recruiting team to interview
Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates
Promptly replying to team members, branch managers/owners, and prospective recruits
Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring the integrity of applicant tracking system data
Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs, and earning their trust to help them achieve our team's recruiting goals
Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, Zoom, ATS, CRM(s), and specialty platforms
Working in many markets, thousands of prospects, with many reps and decision makers, which requires you to be on top of your game
Taking ownership in growing this initiative by making it better

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience working in the recruiting/sourcing industry
Knowledge of Boolean search strings
Real estate knowledge a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, social media platforms, recruiting tools, ATS and CRM systems
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity
B.A. or B.S. Preferred but not required
Coachable leader that understands scalable environments and growth initiatives
