About the role
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound activity, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Support the generation of new business opportunities across Windcave’s payment solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, working towards clear sales targets
- Qualify leads and run your own sales conversations, managing opportunities independently while being supported by senior team members as needed
- Learn to confidently present Windcave’s solutions, with training provided on products, pricing, and the payments landscape
- Accurately update CRM systems and track activity and performance
- Consistently work towards and exceed individual KPIs and targets
- Support with representing Windcave at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking forums, increasing brand visibility and generating high-quality leads.
Requirements
- Legally authorised to work in the Germany (we do not offer sponsorship at this time)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- German Speaking (Other languages desirable: French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch)
- A positive, resilient mindset and a willingness to learn
- Confidence speaking to people over the phone
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to succeed
