About the role

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound activity, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Support the generation of new business opportunities across Windcave’s payment solutions
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, working towards clear sales targets
  • Qualify leads and run your own sales conversations, managing opportunities independently while being supported by senior team members as needed
  • Learn to confidently present Windcave’s solutions, with training provided on products, pricing, and the payments landscape
  • Accurately update CRM systems and track activity and performance
  • Consistently work towards and exceed individual KPIs and targets
  • Support with representing Windcave at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking forums, increasing brand visibility and generating high-quality leads.

Requirements

  • Legally authorised to work in the Germany (we do not offer sponsorship at this time)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • German Speaking (Other languages desirable: French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch)
  • A positive, resilient mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Confidence speaking to people over the phone
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to succeed
