About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and administer Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP services.
Oversee virtualisation technologies, network switches, wireless access points, and server hardware.
Administer data backups and Office 365 (Teams, Autopilot, Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange).
Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions, particularly using Powershell.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Linux OS, EDR, antivirus management
Knowledge of database management, webservers, load balancers, and SIP telephony
Familiarity with network security protocols and practices
3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP services.
