Inside Sales Executive – Payment, Fintech
WindcaveInside Sales Executive conducting sales for Windcave, a global payment technology provider. Responsible for managing relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Relationship management and business development with existing accounts
- Upselling and reaching out to current customers to further educate on new Windcave product
- Business contract management and inbound ticket management
- Managing non-sales related inquiries and maintaining relationships with larger partners
- Acting as a liaison between internal Sales, Logistics, and Support teams
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
- Proven background in doing inside/outbound sales, from fintech or SaaS or payment sales background
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ultimate team player – comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure customers have the right solutions
