About the role
- Relationship management and business development with existing accounts
- Upselling and reaching out to current customers to further educate on new Windcave product
- Business contract management and inbound ticket management
- Managing non-sales related inquiries and maintaining relationships with larger partners
- Acting as a liaison between internal Sales, Logistics, and Support teams
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
