Graduate Inside Sales Executive – Payment/Fintech
WindcaveInside Sales Executive responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships for Windcave's fintech solutions in Phoenix, AZ. Collaborating across teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Relationship management and business development with existing accounts
- Upselling and reaching out to current customers to further educate on new Windcave product
- Business contract management and inbound ticket management
- Managing non-sales related inquiries and maintaining relationships with larger partners
- Acting as a liaison between internal Sales, Logistics, and Support teams
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ultimate team player – you are comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure that your customers have the right solutions for their business needs.
