About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 8-10 Commercial Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target new customers and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze market opportunities and refine pricing strategies.
- Monitor team performance metrics and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience leading successful sales teams, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in septic, grease, wastewater, and/or plumbing industries is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Skilled in analyzing market data and developing effective sales strategies.
