Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end integration process from pre-close planning through post-close execution
Drive Day 1 readiness and ensure smooth transitions for newly acquired businesses
Manage multiple integrations simultaneously in a high-volume deal environment
Coordinate across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Corporate Development
Identify opportunities to improve integration speed, consistency, and outcomes
Partner with IT and Finance to ensure clean transitions and reporting consistency
Build strong relationships with acquired company leadership teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or M&A/integration roles
Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working across teams and driving accountability without direct authority
Comfort operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
Willingness to travel up to ~15%
