About the role
- Own settlements end-to-end: initiation, confirmation, funding, reconciliation.
- Set high bar for accuracy and reliability and mentor junior colleagues
- Beat down exceptions: hunt discrepancies, close them, document lessons.
- Automate or delete pointless manual steps; work with engineers to ship fixes.
Requirements
- 3-7 years in settlements, finance ops, or treasury
- Crypto is a plus
- Eagle-eye for numbers
- Be able to function independently
- Design processes that scale without hand-holding
- Kill bad data on sight, fix root causes, not symptoms
- Help with growing and coaching junior colleagues.
