About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer service requests, including diagnosing machine faults, repairing equipment, and conducting final inspections and testing
  • Perform onsite installation of equipment, network configuration, and end-user training
  • Provide remote support to the IT Tech team and Managed Services customers
  • Support Sales teams with both pre- and post-sales technical assistance
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting company targets for call productivity, response times, and parts management
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of parts and support equipment required to perform the role effectively
  • Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and demonstrate ongoing commitment to Winc’s HSE policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certificate or qualification in Technology or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a copier/service technician
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of computer and print management software, including PaperCut, UniFlow, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
