About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement new systems and features
Modify and maintain existing systems to adapt to business and/or technology changes
Identify and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
Review and debug code
Collaborate with internal teams
Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies within the iGaming industry
Meeting with development managers to discuss software projects
Reviewing updated software systems
Writing development reports
Testing and deploying programs and systems
Working with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
Fixing and improving existing software
Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
Managing project timelines and tasks
Writing advanced programming code

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of software development experience in .NET/C# and .NET Core
Working with distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architectures
Proven experience working with QSL/ Oracle / API Rest/ TSQL/ LINQ
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus (Cursor, Claude, Antigravity)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Consistently proactive teamwork attitude
Good level of both English and Spanish
Ability to manage high-demand conflicts and support situations
Prior experience in iGaming, FinTech, Payments, or other high-volume transactional environments is a strong advantage
