About the role

  • Ensure Compliance with all applicable gaming regulations.
  • Provide recommendations and directions to legal and other key stakeholders on all areas of regulatory gaming compliance and licensing frameworks based on the company's strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Development, Engineering, and Legal, to integrate compliance considerations into the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming regulations and standards in key markets, providing guidance on compliance strategies and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation, certifications, and test reports necessary for product approvals and licenses.
  • Coordinate and support external audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Monitor changes in gaming regulations and communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to product compliance and regulatory affairs.
  • Liaise between the Company, laboratories, and gaming regulatory authorities, and respond to gaming regulatory authorities’ enquiries.
  • Proactively create strong, fruitful, and long-lasting regulatory relationships with key regulatory stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute on processes and procedures related to gaming compliance.
  • Key point of contact for all operational, gaming regulatory, and applicable queries.
  • Participate in the management and handling of internal and external audits for the certification of R&D&I projects.
  • Collaborate on operations and reporting projects within the regulatory framework of Public Gaming Systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of licensing processes, gaming industry regulations, and compliance requirements in international markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and regulatory requirements with precision.
  • Proactive mindset in identifying potential licensing issues and finding efficient solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical documentation and legal texts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • Experience in the gaming sector is highly valued.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and/or technical and regulatory processing of products is considered a plus.
  • Required advanced computer skills in office automation (e.g., MS Office); additional technical IT knowledge and/or experience collaborating with software development teams is highly valued.
  • Experience in project management is also valued.
