About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 1st- and 2nd-level support for colleagues using MacBooks, iMacs and apps
- Setup and maintenance of devices, including user setups, updates, software installations and MDM
- Pragmatic analysis and resolution of incidents and user inquiries
- Support for company-specific tools such as Microsoft 365, Entra and CTERA
- Structured logging and documentation of support cases
- Coordination with internal contacts and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or initial professional experience in the IT field
- Knowledge of Apple/macOS
- Experience with MDM solutions (e.g. Jamf)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra
- Structured, reliable and service-oriented working style
- Curiosity and a quick grasp (fast learner)
