About the role

  • Management of day-to-day accounting
  • Preparation and posting of invoices
  • Support in optimizing our financial processes
  • Monitoring and execution of payment transactions
  • Dunning and collections
  • Reviewing and coding incoming invoices
  • Maintenance and management of fixed asset accounting
  • Identifying potential improvements in existing workflows
  • Point of contact internally and externally for accounting and tax-related questions.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., tax clerk)
  • Further qualification in financial accounting or certified balance sheet accounting is a plus
  • At least 3 years’ professional experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Ideally experienced in an agency environment
  • Experience with SAP B1 and/or DATEV
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Structured and proactive working style
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Analytical aptitude and the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly
  • Honesty, loyalty and confidentiality are a matter of course.
