About the role
- In your role as an Accounting & Finance Specialist (all genders), you will be a central member of our Finance team.
- You will independently handle accounting tasks such as preparing and posting invoices and assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.
- You will also support the optimization of our financial processes and work closely with the controlling team.
- You will act as the primary contact for tax advisors and banks.
- You will manage ongoing bookkeeping and record both accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., tax clerk) and ideally additional qualifications in financial accounting or certified accounting.
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in finance & accounting, ideally in an agency environment.
- You have some experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) — a plus but not required — and strong Excel skills.
- You work in a structured and proactive manner and can prioritize tasks even under pressure.
- You have an analytical mind and can clearly communicate complex financial matters.
- Honesty, loyalty and discretion are a matter of course for you.
