About the role

  • New customer acquisition & Business Development: Active, autonomous building of a reliable sales pipeline, including defining and prioritizing target customers.
  • Outbound Sales: Consistent, proactive outreach to decision-makers (cold & warm outreach), initiating high-quality conversations and systematically building relationships.
  • Sales process & closing responsibility: Managing complex sales cycles with clear structure, defined next steps, forecasting and consistent closing.
  • Consulting & Pitching: Persuasive presentation of our agency, services and cases — strategic, needs-oriented and at decision-maker level.
  • CRM & Performance Tracking: Meticulous recording of all activities in the CRM, structured follow-up and regular analysis of pipeline and forecast.
  • Internal Collaboration: Close coordination with management, strategy and consulting to develop tailored proposals, pitches and go-to-market approaches.

Requirements

  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in sales or business development, ideally in a design, creative or communications agency.
  • You bring a clear industry background and ideally an active network in our target sectors (proven ability to open doors).
  • You have a deep understanding of how agency services are sold — including project logic, budgets, decision-making processes and stakeholder structures.
  • You are very strong in outbound sales, experienced with longer sales cycles and work in a structured way with CRM, follow-ups, defined next steps and forecasts.
  • You present yourself confidently, reliably and persuasively — including in exchanges with senior and C-level decision-makers.
  • You are not afraid to proactively approach major clients and to lead conversations confidently, solution-oriented and with clear objectives.
  • Nice to have, but not required: a relevant degree or commercial/communications training.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English and operate effectively in an international environment.
